From August 18 to 23, 2026, the "Civis City" will once again be in full bloom.

 Today, the carnival—with its long-standing tradition—is far more than just a parade of spectacular floral arrangements and international performing arts groups; it is a week-long, vibrant array of events where countless visitors can find the entertainment that appeals to them most.
